Fire Interface Inspection
1. Appearance: Use a knife to lightly scrape the surface of the interface. Visually, the surface should be anodized or electrostatically sprayed for anti-corrosion treatment;
2. Anti-drop performance: With the claws facing downward, the lowest point of the interface should be at a height of (1.5±0.05) m above the ground, and then fall freely to the concrete floor.
After repeated five times, check whether the interface is broken, and whether it can operate normally with the fire interface of the same caliber.
Fire hose inspection
1. Product identification: Check whether the product name, model and specifications are consistent with the 3C certification type inspection report of the hose;
2. Appearance quality of the fabric layer: the fabric layer of the qualified hose should be woven evenly, the surface is clean, and there is no double warp skipping, double warp breaking, weft skipping and scratches;
3. Hose length: open the whole roll of hose, measure its total length with a tape measure, the interface of the hose should not be included in the measurement, and compare the measured data with the nominal length of the lined fire hose, such as the hose If the length is less than the length of the hose by more than 1m, the product can be judged as unqualified;
4. Pressure test: intercept a 1.2m-long hose, use a manual pressure test pump or an electric pressure test pump to smoothly pressurize it to the test pressure, maintain the pressure for 5 minutes, and check whether there is leakage.
If there is leakage, it is unqualified. Under the test pressure state, continue to pressurize and increase the pressure until the sample bursts, and the bursting pressure should not be less than 3 times the working pressure of the hose.
For example, the test pressure of the commonly used type 8 hose is 1.2MPa, and the burst pressure is not less than 2.4MPa.
