Hydraulic Hose SAE 100 R13
Sae 100 r13 is suitable for xtremely high pressure, high impulse hydraulic applications. This hose is designed to meet all the requirements of SAE 100R13 specifications and performance requirements of EN 856 4SH, EN856 4SP and EN856 R13. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like synthetic esters, polyglycols and vegetable oils as well as petroleum based fluids.
Tube: Black, oil-resident synthetic rubber (Nitrile)
Reinforcement: Four (six for 1-1/4”, 1-1/2” and 2”) alternating layers of spiraled and high tensile steel wire.
Cover: Black and oil resistant synthetic(Nitrile).
Temperature Range: -40℉ to +250℉ (-40℃ to +121℃)

SAE 100 R13 produced by imported rubber materials LANXESS NBR rubber from Germany, the rubber is the highest quality rubber in the world .
Import BELKTA steel wire with high tensile strength (2750Mpa) from Belgium.

Before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material
After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification.
Each hose is tested 2 times on working pressure.
We do everything possible to supply good quality goods to our customer.
After the production, we will pack the hydraulic hose. In general, the packing could be woven bag and plastic film. Special packing is available according to customers’ requirements.
