Frack Oilfield Fuel Discharge Hose

Used to connect into frack tanks. These 400 PSI hoses are designed to discharge or convey water and oil slurry mixtures. The tube is made from nitrile, while the cover is an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer — M-class — rubber)/SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) blend. These hoses offer the following benefits: HD construction to allow for applications up to 400 PSI Weather and abrasion resistant cover. Oil-resistant Class C tube can handle gasoline and other petroleum products with aromatic content up to 50%

Construction:

Tube: Black nitrile rubber, smooth
Reinforcement: 6 plies of high tensile fabric, helix steel wire skeleton with anti-static wire
Cover: weather and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber.

Application:

Designed to transfer types of hydraulic fracking fluids from tank trucks. And also designed for the demands of high working pressures of hydraulic fracturing operations.

Temperature:-32°C to +82°C (-90°F to +180°F).
