Concrete pump hose is designed to excel in all pumping applications. The natural and synthetic compounds are highly abrasion resistant, and the reinforcement has been tested to far exceed the strongest requirements of the ASME B30.27 standards. There are two types reinforcement, one is steel wire reinforcement and the other is fiber reinforcement. Fiber reinforced concrete pump hose working pressure can reached 55 bar, while steel wire reinforced concrete pump hose working pressure can reached 85 bar.
