1. Warm the pipe: slowly open the intake valve. In the meantime, open all the traps at the same time. When steam appears in the trap, adjust it to slightly open. When steam comes out of the discharge port of the flushing tube, it will be stable for a while.
2. Constant temperature: the purpose is to make the pipeline fully expand and stretch. At the same time, reflect the stress conditions such as thermal expansion and displace.
3. Purge: If there was no problem during the constant temp, you can slowly increase the air volume. Then flush the hose at pressure.
4. Times: Follow the steps of cooling down→heating tube→constant temperature→pressurized flushing. The greater the temp difference is, the better the quality of flush will be. The number of flushing hose is determined by the cleanliness of the airflow.
