Block

Block is a common problem on peristaltic hose which causes the machine can’t work. On such occasion you have to shut down the machine and unload the hose, then clean it.

Low pressure

This problem normally appears on the outlet of peristaltic pump hose. The low pressure can’t meet the required working pressure. This is because of the backflow. Therefore, you can adjust the space of pinch roller or increase the magnitude of interference.

Pressure suddenly increase

Once such problem happened, operator should immediately adjust 2-3 section anticlockwise. Otherwise there will be block and then cause machine failure.

Strange sound in the end of pump

It may because the bearing break. You have to shut down the machine and check. Then change the new part if necessary.

Some notes on peristaltic pump hose

1. You should store the hose in a clean and dry place with good ventilation. Besides, keep it from sunlight, moisture and corrosive gas.

2. If the peristaltic pump connects to a hard pipe, you need to add a hose. This can reduce the pulse and make the repair easier.
