First, although the stainless steel clamps can also be twisted to a suitable torque value, but the expansion joint under the action of pressure, the clamps will fall off from the edge of the hose, eventually leading to hose leakage; Second, although the stainless steel clamp twisted to a suitable moment value, but the hose expansion and local vibration will force the clamp to move, resulting in hose leakage; Third, although the stainless steel clamp tightened, but the expansion, contraction and local vibration of the hose will make the soft pipe wall by the action of the cutting force, but also damage the strength of the hose, clamping vibration, will eventually lead to hose leakage.
Therefore, in the installation must ensure that the stainless steel clamp is properly installed, otherwise it will destroy the hose, damage the clamp.
