Material
As we know, the quality of raw material determines the quality of the hose. To guarantee high grade material, we import LG NBR rubber from South Korea, JSR rubber and Nylon PA12 from Japan and import raw rubber material from Thailand and Malaysia, where are known as the best rubber production area. All of the materials will be detected before put into production.
Production equipment
We import advanced Germany and Italy production equipment and advanced Korean technology to produce high quality hose products.
Test equipment
We set up a laboratory with a series of advanced equipment such as tension tester, rubber sclerometer, rubber densimeter, low temperature test chamber, rubber hose abrasion resistant tester and rubber ozone and aging tester. All these facilities are to test the performances of hoses.
Quality control team
We have a professional quality control team which has more than 10 years’ experience. Besides, we have 2 quality inspectors work in factory for long term. They inspect the products from raw material to process, to produce and to test. Each product will be checked in detail before shipping. All these works are to make sure the best quality.
Third party inspection
For the new clients who cooperate with us for the first time, you can ask for third party inspection.
Visit and sample
Welcome you clients come to our factory to have a visit. You can check the whole production line and inspect the quality personally. If you are not available to have a visit, we can offer you samples to check the quality before order.
