What cause bubbles in the food grade silicone hose
Raw material problem
It is estimated that the white carbon black is impure or mixed with other white carbon black.
Coking problem
Uneven mixing of the rubber compound and unreasonable filling capacity. The debinding temp and time are not well controlled.
Solution
Regarding raw material issues
Choose transparent white carbon black with better purity. Clean the kneader before kneading the transparent rubber.
For coking process issues
Control the kneading temp and kneading time. Extend the original kneading time by another 5-10 minutes. Check the glue again.
Food grade silicone is a high quality material which is transparent and stable. It can withstand high temp up to 250℃ and will not reduce when heated in a sealed environment. Besides, it is soft with stable performance.
