Sep. 10th is the Teacher’s Day. In the journey of life, we will meet many guides, and the foreign trade master is undoubtedly one of the ones who has had the greatest impact on me.
When I first stepped into the challenging field of foreign trade, I was both excited and nervous. It was the master who greeted me with his warm and firm smile, which made me feel a sense of belonging instantly. Starting from the most basic foreign trade process, the master patiently taught me step by step. She would carefully explain to me the key points and precautions of each link. From finding customers, customer background checks, how to write the first email, negotiating business to signing contracts and arranging shipments, every step embodies her hard work and wisdom.
When communicating with a foreign customer, the customer misunderstood due to unfamiliarity with the professional terms of the product. I was extremely anxious and didn’t know how to solve it. When the master learned about it, he immediately helped me sort out the problem. She explained it clearly to the customer in fluent English and professional knowledge. Not only did she eliminate the customer’s doubts, but she also set a good example for me. Since then, I have worked harder to learn professional knowledge and dare not slack off.
Thank you, foreign trade master, for letting me find the direction in this unfamiliar field. It is you who have illuminated the way forward for me with your experience and wisdom. I will always remember your teachings, keep working hard, and contribute my own strength to the foreign trade business. I believe that under your influence, I will become even better. I will also pass on your spirit to help more newcomers like me.
