On Jan. 28th, 2024, Orientflex delivered a container of twin welding hose. In order to make the loading and delivery more smooth, our QC person prepared for that earlier before the dated time. Because before the loading, we need to do something support works.
The first one is the quality inspection
Before the loading, we will check each batch of the welding hose. While the inspections include appearance check and property test. Property tests contain flame retardant test, pressure test, self-distinguish test, etc. Oxygen hose and acetylene hose delivers flammable gases and oxygen. Thus the fire proof test is the most important part. Because a bad quality hose will cause serious problem.
Besides property test, the appearance check is also important. Before the loading, we will test the inner and outer diameter to see if they are the ones that client asks. Besides, we will check if the printings are clear. Last, we will check if the package method is the same with that the client ask. After these works, we can load the goods.
Twin welding hose is the necessary part in welding work and cutting project. And there are anywhere in the workshop. As the name shows, twin hose is a combination of two hoses. The blue one is to deliver oxygen. While the red one is to supply flammable gases like propane and acetylene.
