1. Flange directly flanged.

The disadvantages are low density, low wear resistance, fast aging and half the service life. 3. The joint of the lining steel ring.
The advantages are high density; long service life; wear resistance; because the joint is directly processed through the pipeline, and the flare is less than 30 degrees, the nozzle change is extremely small, and the overall physical properties of the pipeline are basically unchanged.
There is no protrusion at the junction between the steel ring and the pipe, the flow rate is smooth, and the conveying efficiency is high.
There is a steel ring support inside the nozzle, and the outer shape is a bell mouth shape. It is not easy to be damaged like a straight edge. Therefore, in a harsh environment, the external pressure resistance and anti-wear ability of the nozzle are strong, and it is hard to damage when it hits a hard object.
