In the production process of braided high-pressure hoses and hydraulic hoses, how is the temperature controlled during the drying process after immersing the glue? How to dry is more appropriate? As a professional hydraulic pipe manufacturer, I will introduce the precautions in the drying process of the hydraulic pipe.
1. When the temperature of the drying room is about 45 degrees, it needs to be dried for about 4 hours. Drying temperature is dried at 70~80 °C for 2~3 hours.
2. After weaving the high-pressure tube dipping mortar, it needs to be air-dried at normal temperature for 1 hour, and then it can be dried in the drying room to ensure that the adhesive is dry inside and outside, avoiding the dry skin, not drying inside, and vulcanization and foaming delamination.
3. If necessary, consider using an infrared oven to continuously dry the braided high pressure tube. Raise the temperature of the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with a blower. The three conditions of evaporation are: temperature, speed of air flow, liquid surface area, liquid surface area can not change, but can change the speed and temperature of air flow. Wind speed is too fast, temperature does not go, too slow and can not achieve the effect, so Wind speed is the key. When designing the oven, you should also consider the wind direction and exhaust air. Because the solvent is mostly flammable, safety needs attention!
