1． Classified by working pressure range
1) The working pressure of low pressure and below 3MPa is mainly hydraulic hose woven with cotton thread (fiber). It is mainly used to control oil circuits, automobile brake lines and some hydraulic machine tools. (2) Medium pressure: The working pressure is between 3 and 10 MPa. It is mainly steel wire braided type Ⅰ, Ⅱ type large diameter (above 25) hydraulic hoses. It is mainly used for medium and low pressure oil circuits and oil return circuits. 3) High pressure. Working pressure is between 10 and 31.5 MPa. It is mainly steel wire braided Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ type and steel wire wound pipes below 25. Mainly used in high pressure systems.
4) The ultra-high pressure () working pressure is above 31.5MP a, which is mainly steel wire braided () wire winding pipe with a diameter of less than 31.5. With the development of ultra-high pressure and high-power hydraulic machinery, the demand for it is increasing.
2． According to the connection methods of hoses and joints, there are: detachable and crimping type
1) Withholding type hose connector assembly is after the hose is pre-assembled, the external force is used to force the joint jacket to shrink inward in a certain size in a cold state, so that the hose and the connector are connected reliably.
2) For the detachable assembly, the joint and the hose are compressed by the inner cone of the hose through the core with the outer cone, so that it is close to the inner cone of the joint sleeve. That is, it is connected by the inverted tapered gap formed between the core and the joint sleeve, while pressing the inner and outer rubber layers of the hose. But the connection quality is unstable. Therefore, domestic professional manufacturers generally use withholding type.
