The common usages of high pressure hose
Dredging hose is for mud dredging in rivers, lakes, oceans and other places. This is the mud suction and discharge hose. Mainly used for the suction, transportation and discharge of slurry. Therefore, the mud suction and discharge hose has strong wear resistance. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The pipe is made of high-quality synthetic rubber, such as NB, SBR, BR, making it wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The reinforcement layer is made of multiple layers of high-strength spiral steel wire. Therefore, it has good kink resistance. High strength reinforce makes the hose suitable for high working pressure app. The cover is made of synthetic rubber (NR/SBR/BR). While it makes the hose resistant to wear, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging. The hose has excellent flexibility and can be in close contact with the pipe through the flange.

Pipe material: Synthetic rubber, NR, SBR or BR. Thus the hose resistant to wear, corrosion and sea water
Reinforce: multiple layers of high-strength spiral steel wire to make the hose structure strong, kink resistant and high pressure resistant
Covering layer: synthetic rubber, NR, SBR or BR. Thus the hose resistant to wear, corrosion, seawater, weather, ozone and aging.
